A Kick-Ass Anti-Heartbreak Quote

Let Them Go

Often a single quote can make a big difference with your breakup.

Let’s say that you are still caught in a belief that holds you back.

Popular ones are:

  • I still love them so much
  • maybe they come back if I stick around long enough
  • I just can’t let them go after so many years

And many many more that will keep you in a place of pain for a long time.

How can you break these negative beliefs and move into the next stage of your recovery?

Sometimes a single quote will do that for you.

A quote that summarizes what you may know for some time now and that gives you the kick you need.

If you fall into the above category, then I have such a quote for you today.

Ready?

Here it comes:

“If someone wants to leave you, let them go.”

Again, but tweet it this time:

Isn’t that powerful?

What does it say?

Many compelling things.

For example that you shouldn’t stop someone who has made the decision to go.

Or, that you shouldn’t talk someone out of such a decision once they have made it.

Or, that you should preserve your dignity.

As I’ve said, the quote says lots of smart things.

It tells you to do the right thing, even if it seems unbearable.

And once you’ve come to the conclusion that you want to do the right thing, because you cannot go on like this anymore, you should get the best help that you can get.

So that you don’t waste any more of your life and heal the right way.

As you may know, we help people to move on from their Ex by stopping the overthinking process and reconnect to the person they really are.

That’s the ONLY way to stop toxic relationship pattern that you may have been experiencing your whole life.

Eddie Corbano
